Mid-Winter Hafla (Salimpour Collective DC)

“Hafla” is arabic for “party” and bellydancers around the world call their social and performance gatherings “hafla”.

I have some amazing bellydancers lined up to perform from the New Jersey and Philadelphia area, and am excited to also host the DC Salimpour Collective. This event will also feature the debut of my student troup, Mimi and the Magnificent Mayas!

The event is on February 1 is at 2:00 pm at the American Legion Tatem-Shields Post 17 in Collingswood, NJ. You don’t want to miss it!
